Last week saw the wedding at Friern Manor of Natasha & James, they were married at St Clements church in Leigh on Sea amid family & Friends. It was a beautiful service and the weather stayed dry although it was pretty windy, so windy it blew Natasha veil off as she was entering the church!
Natasha wasn’t fazed though and a beautiful ceremony and reception followed, We hope you enjoy your honeymoon guys here is a few from the day we hope you like them see you soon
Essex Portrait photographer goes to Chester for a training day with Damian McGillicuddy aka “The Big Dog” !!
Being a photographer is no different to any other profession when it comes to training, without training you simply do not move forward, so off to Chester to meet the man himself!
Damian is known in the Photography world as the lighting wizard and there is no wonder why!
He is a Grand master of the SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers) he has won, 11 UK Awards of Excellence; 59 Fuji Professional Awards; 112 British Professional Photographer Awards;600+ Regional, National & International Awards.
Damian also became the 68th Master Photographer Fellow in the World, and is currently the ONLY Photographer to have 5 UK Master Photographer of the Year Awards and 7 Society Photographer of the Year Awards, and has won individual Photographer of the Year in numerous disciplines. Add to the above 6 International Fellowships, including an Honorary Fellowship awarded in the 2000 Millennium Celebrations for Services to Photography, and you should by now get the picture, (no pun intended), as to where Damian is as a professional photographer.
As an Essex Portrait photographer I can honestly say that on my day with him i had more than a few light bulb moments and see this as a journey to take my photography to the next level.

Essex Wedding Photographer
last week Studio2 Essex Wedding photographers photographed the Wedding of Natalie & Laurie in Great Yeldham – Essex. The Weather was terrible and rained all day, but it didn’t dampen the spirits of the happy couple, their family & friends. Natalie looked absolutely stunning along with her Bridesmaids and the boys looked good too!.

Yesterday Tina & Andrew were married at Lords Golf and Country club in Hullbridge Essex, considering the weather we have been getting the day stayed dry for the happy couple and their guests, although the very cold temperatures meant we had to photograph inside the venue. Tina looked absolutely beautiful as did the bridesmaids (the boys looked pretty good too)

Last Week we photographed the Essex Wedding of Rebecca & Ben, In Althorne nr Southminster – Essex, it was a great day but the weather let us down as we came out of the church. Saturday saw the Wedding of Christie & Frank at Downham Church Essex, a beautiful ceremony with lots of family and friends was the order of the day. Christie looked absolutely stunning as did the bridesmaids. The weather was a challenge to say the least strong winds at the church and rain throughout the day didn’t dampen the guy’s day, a marquee in the Garden a steel band and fantastic wedding breakfast and everyone had fun. Today we photographed Jade and Jordan for their Pre Wedding shoot at Hadleigh Castle, the weather held for them as we photographed at various locations around the Castle ruins, they are getting Married at St Marys Church Benfleet and having the reception at the Oysterfleet in Canvey Island

Yesterday we photographed the Wedding of Kelly & Paul at Langtons ~ Hornchurch, with the Wedding reception at Cromwell Manor ~Essex.
What a great day! the weather was beautiful!. Kelly looked absolutely stunning, as did Gemma the maid of honour oh and little Hollie and Charlie were so angelic, Paul didn’t look to bad either. In fact everyone at the wedding looked fabulous. Each month as members of the SWPP (Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers) we are encouraged to submit Images from commissioned weddings into the Societies monthly competition, today we learned we had been awarded a Silver and Bronze award for the two images in the Wedding Photojournalism and Wedding contemporary categories.
The Images are judged by Fellows of the SWPP who hold the highest distinction within the Society, the first Image was awarded Silver in the photojournalism category and the second Image awarded Bronze in Wedding Contemporary

Today we photographed a celebration of the marriage of Suzanne & Justin at Cromwell Manor in Essex. Suzanne & Justin were actually married in Central Park, New York on the 3rd November with just a few family and friends, and today saw all the friends and family who were unable to attend watch them take their vows.
A beautiful ceremony with Suzanne & Justin not only exchanging rings but roses too made for a great day- Oh and the cake was Amazing!!! here’s a few Images from today guys.

Today we photographed the Wedding of Nicola & Dan at St Margerets Church in Barking Essex, the Church is in the grounds of the Old ruins of Barking Abbey. The weather was kind to Nicola & Dan and the sun shone throughout the day. It was a lovely ceremony followed by a great Reception in Chadwell St Mary, Essex. Today saw Sarah & Michael marry at St Nicholas Church, Laindon. A beautiful sunny day, a beautiful church, lots of family and friends a perfect recipe for a great wedding, Sarah looked beautiful along with her bridesmaids, and had a surprise journey to the Church in a 1928 Bugatti !!. Stockbrook Manor was the place to be today as Hayley & Lee exchanged vows. The weather held for the happy couple and a magnificent day was had by all. Only fools and horses fan Lee had arranged a “Del Boy 3 wheeler to attend the lavish ceremony and we had some fun with the wedding party photographing them with it.
